I know this isn't the maternity leave you were expecting.

Becoming a mother (or a mom of two, three and so on) has enough challenges.

Are you craving connection, and feeling lonely, exhausted, and sick of relying on google?

I see you mama. You were never meant to be alone in your journey.

The Wild Mama

is a supportive community of like-minded women, offering health education, and discussions that will help ignite passion, purpose, and confidence.

In our 6 weeks of virtual gatherings, you'll learn a lot, and be guided through a variety of topics about motherhood and parenting by a naturopathic doctor.

But perhaps more importantly, you will have real conversations about motherhood, and build lifelong connections with other mamas. The kind that leave you feeling whole, connected and confident.

Motherhood is the most transformative experience in the world, but I know it can also be exhausting, lonely and overwhelming. If you are feeling this way, this is the program for you.

I’ve been there, and I am here to support you.

Community is KEY in motherhood, especially right now.

Join us, starting Tuesday, September 28th!

OUR 6 WEEKS TOGETHER

week one

your birth story

There's the way it happens in the movies. There is the way you had hoped it would happen. Then there's the way that it actually happened.

Sharing your birth story is transformative, and hearing that other women had similar feelings to you, is healing. This is an opportunity to connect with other women in a safe and loving space.

What others are saying

"First and foremost, the weight that I was able to get off my shoulders every week was soooo relieving - being able to share the good, the bad and the ugly without judgment is such a breath of fresh air, while also realizing all the women in our *collective are feeling or having gone through something similar.

Being able to share every week also brought a new type of communication into my relationship at home - after each session, we would discuss at home what I shared in the class. It was helpful to open up about things I may not have realized I was keeping bottled up to myself and letting stew into unnecessary stress or anxiety.

Having this amazing group of women coming together every week definitely gave me some new connections that I hope can last for a very long time. I will be forever grateful for these past 6 weeks of unique, raw and real conversation - it was a necessity for me to help get through the hard days of having my first baby!" — Carli H.

Dr. Ally Power, ND

Since I had my first baby 2.5 years ago, I have had an extreme passion for supporting mamas. I was the first in our family, and the first of most of my close friends to have a baby.

I had never googled so many things in my life after my son was born. I was exhausted, and uncertain. Anxious, and overwhelmed. While my husband did his absolute best to be there for me, between working full time and not fully understanding the silent load of motherhood, I knew I needed more.

I didn’t want to just chat superficially about what stroller I bought. Or the latest expensive baby item that I needed. I wanted a real, deep conversation about this incredibly transformative experience that was taking place before my eyes.

What I needed was a community.

Now I have two boys, and a solid network and collective of mamas, and I want every mom out there to know that it is possible to thrive. I want moms to know that they matter too. I want every mama to experience the power that community and real conversation has on your life.

You care for your baby so incredibly well, and now mama, it’s time to prioritize yourself, because you matter too.

I hope to see you soon in this launch of the Wild Mama Collective!
