Staying consistent in prioritizing you and your health (especially with the inconsistencies of parenthood) is SO challenging.
This is why we combine Naturopathic medicine (the what) and Accountability Coaching (the - how am I going to stick to this) to help you start and continue to prioritize your health.

Both Dr. Rory and Dr. Ally have their Kinesiology degrees, therefore movement advice and support is a big part of their practice. They can help you incorporate movement into your life no matter what stage you are in.

What’s Involved
Monthly or Bi-weekly 1:1 visits with your Naturopathic Doctor.
We meet either 1 or 2 times per month 1:1 to check in, adjust your plan, and celebrate your results.
In these visits, you get the same care you would if you were seeing us 1:1. We will check in, order and review necessary lab work, and make a customized plan for:
Lifestyle modifications
Movement and exercise recommendations
Nutrition support
Lab work
Vitamins and supplements,
and whatever else you need to optimize your health.
Communication with your Naturopathic doctor between appointments.
You basically have a naturopathic doctor in your pocket. Have questions? Need support? Need clarification? Need ideas? Resources? Recipes? We’re here for you via a confidential app between appointments to support you.
Accountability prompts.
Often we know what we need to do, but we need help staying on track. You will receive customized prompts, reminders, nudges and check-ins via an App to keep you accountable to yourself.
